Our bus trip to NYC for the annual AHR EXPO was a huge success. Deanna Bradley did an excellent job in putting all of this together. Special thanks go out to all those that donated both time and snack for the trip down and back. It was a great opportunity for all those that have never been to an EXPO. Next year the show will be in Chicago . That should be quit a bus trip! The only negative I personally found was that there wasn't as many “giveaways” as past shows. I'll just have to buy my little screwdrivers this year.

Our next meeting, February 14, will be a history night. If any of you have any old documents, instruments, or equipment hanging around in your basement, please bring them in for a “Show and Tell”. We are also inviting all past presidents to join us for a complementary dinner to show our appreciation for their contributions to the chapter.

As you know, we have past the halfway point for this year and it is time to think about up coming elections for officers and board members. I urge all of you, especially the younger members, to consider participating in your chapter and board operations. This is a great way to sharpen your organizational and management skills, and to network with other chapters and there members.
